Life Coaching

Do you sense that there’s a version of your life that fits you better than the one you’re living? Maybe you’re at a crossroads. Maybe something has ended and you’re not sure what comes next. Maybe you’ve been tending to everyone else’s needs for so long that you’ve lost track of your own.

This is the work I love most: helping people hear their own voice again, and find the courage to follow it.

Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coaching

I am a Certified Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach. The Wayfinder method is grounded in evidence-based tools designed to help you get honest about what you most want, identify the beliefs and patterns keeping you stuck, and take real steps toward a life that feels aligned with your truest self.

This isn’t about willpower or productivity. It’s about clarity. When you know what matters to you and why, the path forward becomes much easier to see.

Working with Living Spaces

One of the things that makes my coaching distinctive is that I also work with your living space.

Your home is not just a backdrop. It’s a mirror. The closets we avoid, the piles we step around, the rooms we never quite get to, these things carry information about our inner world. And when we tend to them, something opens up.

I help clients create living spaces that reflect who they are becoming, not who they used to be. When your environment supports your vision, everything shifts.

Is this for you?

Life coaching may be a good fit if you are:

  • Feeling stuck or unclear about the direction of your life
  • Going through a major transition (career, relationships, identity, or place)
  • Sensing that your home or daily environment feels out of alignment with who you truly are
  • Ready to stop waiting and start creating the life you want

Sessions are 60 minutes, one-on-one, and held virtually. We meet you wherever you are.

The first step is a free 20-minute conversation. We’ll explore what’s calling for your attention and whether this coaching is a good fit.
