Making Space for What Matters Most

I help women in midlife create space in their homes and in themselves.

Are you a woman in your middle years who is tired in a way that doesn’t go away on weekends? Have you been organizing your life around caring for others for so long that you’ve forgotten how to organize your own life?

You are not alone.

Maybe you’ve read all the decluttering books and tried therapy and coaching and still, your home and your mind feel way too cluttered. From the outside, it looks like you have it all together, but inside you feel overwhelmed and find yourself longing for something that you just can’t quite name.

It often starts with something small. A room that feels off. A drawer that is so full it won’t close. A space filled with things that don’t feel like you. And then, as you begin to clear the clutter, something else becomes visible.

You start to see the patterns you’ve been living with. You see the ways you’ve been carrying more than you need to and you know that something needs to change.

Clearing the Way

This work isn’t about fixing your home or pushing yourself to become someone else. It’s about paying attention and taking little actions that will lead you closer to who you most desire to be.

As you begin to clear your living spaces, you notice what you’ve been holding onto. You notice what no longer feels aligned. You notice what you might be ready to release.

We move in small steps so you can feel supported along the way.

Our living spaces are like mirrors. They reflect what is happening in our inner world, illuminating those areas that are most in need of our attention. When we make space in our homes, we make space inside ourselves for more clarity and access to our intuition. As we reduce the noise of too many belongings and too many activities in our schedules, we create more space for our inner knowing to come through. Surprisingly, this is soulful work.

As a life coach and author of The Reluctant Caregiver, I do this work because I needed it myself. After many years of caregiving, both at home and in my career, I no longer recognized myself inside my own life. Through a series of spiritual journeys, I created a small daily practice of clearing my home and discovered it was clearing far more than just the clutter. Now I guide other women through the process I wish someone had handed to me many years ago.

Individual Coaching

Individual coaching offers a space to slow down and listen more closely to what’s coming up for you. Together, we look at what’s ready to shift and what might be getting in the way, and we find a way forward that feels true to you.

30 Days of Making Space for What Matters Most

This 30-day experience is a simple, guided way to begin. Each day, you’ll focus on one small space in your home, noticing what it reflects back to you as you clear it.

Over time, those small shifts begin to add up and you start to recognize yourself again.
